Flowers

Due to the availability of flowers, there may be differences in the arrangement you receive versus the picture shown on the website. We, at EcoBlooms, will always try to use the same or similar colors and flowers. If we do have to substitute, flowers from the same price bracket will be used, not cheaper flowers.

However, we will do our best to deliver exactly what you order, and to make your experience with EcoBlooms unforgettable!

Vases

Many vases that EcoBlooms uses are recycled or handmade, so there are usually limited quantities of each style. Many times there are a few vases of similar size and style, so we will match the size and style as closely as possible. We will increase the size instead of decrease if a similar size is not available.

**If you ever have a problem with what you receive please call EcoBlooms (502)609-2132 as soon as possible. We will pick up the arrangement you aren't happy with and will either provide a replacement or refund your money.
